Artberry Gallery’s customer's satisfaction is a top priority. Our goal is to provide a high quality product. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If, for any reason you are not satisfied, just return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we will re-print or refund
(less shipping & handling).
How to Return:
To return a purchased item, please return the item(s) in the same packaging it was shipped in to the address below. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice
(packing slip) with your return along with an explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the item(s) and your preference for exchange or refund.
Shipping Policy:
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. An email notification will be sent when the shipment occurs. A FedEx link and tracking # will be included so you can track your order through out the shipping process. Delivery time averages 1 to 5 business days.
